2. User Responsibilities

Users must agree to:

If you upload someone else's copyrighted content without permission, it may be immediately removed.

3. Posting Rules & Copyright Protection

To protect our community:

• Original content created by the user.

• Content the user has legal permission to share.

Prohibited Content

• Copyrighted videos, photos, music, or anything you do not own.

• Plagiarized or stolen content.

• Fake news, harmful rumors, or misleading information.

Reporting Copy-post

• Anyone can report copied or copyrighted content to:

• Reports must include proof.

• Admin will review, verify, and delete the violating content within a short time.

Repeat Offenders

• If a user repeatedly posts copyrighted or illegal content,
  their account may be permanently banned.

4. Safety, Security & Misuse Prevention

Social INTBD is committed to maintaining a safe environment.
You agree NOT to:

• Hack, damage, or disrupt the site.

• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts.

• Attempt to access other users’ data.

• Steal or misuse platform features.

If anyone attempts to harm the site:

• Their account will be immediately terminated.

• Their activities may be investigated.

• They may be reported to Bangladeshi cyber law authorities under the Digital Security Act (DSA) or relevant laws.

• They may face the highest level of legal punishment applicable under the law.

5. Forbidden Content (Strict)

Publishing or sharing the following is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats

• Hateful, abusive or racist content

• Sexual, nude, pornographic, or explicit content

• Violence, terrorism, hate speech

• Scam, fraud, impersonation

• Promotion of illegal activities

• Drug selling, weapon trading or any criminal act

Any violation may result in immediate removal and permanent ban.

6. Admin Rights

The Social INTBD team reserves the full right to:

• Delete any content violating our rules

• Limit or restrict account features

• Suspend or permanently ban accounts

• Make policy updates without prior notice

Admin actions are final for the safety of the platform.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your private data is kept secure and not shared without legal requirements.

• Cookies are used for security and better user experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Social INTBD is not responsible for losses caused by user actions, misuse, or external attacks.

• The platform is provided “as is” and may change over time.

9. Legal Compliance

• Users must follow Bangladesh law while using the platform.

• Any illegal activity will result in account removal and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.
